CBA Receivables LLC ("C-BAR") specializes in the purchase, securitization, trading and sale of asset-backed securities and related financial assets. CBA Receivables' targeted clients include underserved financial service companies that currently originate and service financial assets on a scale that fails to attract appropriate professional attention from larger investment banking firms. As it develops, it intends to expand its business to include the formation and management of investment funds, REITs and CDOs that invest in and manage asset-backed securities and related financial assets, as well as to seek related opportunistic transactions.
